It started as a morning habit.
Running a store meant opening Meta Ads Manager, then Google Ads, then the store's own orders. Three tabs, three different answers to the same question: is the money I spent yesterday coming back?
By the time the numbers were reconciled, the day's budget had already been spent.
So we built a small tool for our own store. Pull the ad spend, match it to the real orders as they come in, and show one live number. It worked. Then the more useful part happened. Once the number was live, it became obvious what to change: the ad set that had quietly lost money for three days, the campaign that deserved twice the budget, the creative that had worn out.
That is RoasRadar: the tool we built to stop guessing, rebuilt for Shopify so every merchant who runs their own ads can have it.
Illustrative morning. The ad platforms claim 69 sales between them for 52 real orders.
